Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB13-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, A-Raf_pS299, and G6PD. Each is linked with RAB13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB13-to-partner and partner-to-RAB13 results are reported.
