Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,438 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sertoli cell differentiation, Elastin metabolic process, and Sertoli cell development. Each is linked with RAB13 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB13-to-partner and partner-to-RAB13 results are reported.
