RAB13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,698 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB13-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRAT, COMMD3, and FAM20C. Each is linked with RAB13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB13-to-partner and partner-to-RAB13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB13 versus CRAT in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
