Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB12 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher RAB12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where RAB12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
