RAB12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,769 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNMT, SMCHD1, and ACSF3. Each is linked with RAB12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB12-to-partner and partner-to-RAB12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
