Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,959 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB12-associated genes across cancer lineages are VAPA, NAPG, and METTL4. Each is linked with RAB12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB12-to-partner and partner-to-RAB12 results are reported.
