The most reproducible RAB12-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2V1P4, RNU6-1214P, and RNA5SP451. Each is linked with RAB12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB12-to-partner and partner-to-RAB12 results are reported.
