Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB12-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ATM, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with RAB12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB12-to-partner and partner-to-RAB12 results are reported.
