The most reproducible RAB12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of macrophage colony-stimulating factor signaling pathway, Endosomal transport, and Regulation of mitochondrial transcription. Each is linked with RAB12 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB12-to-partner and partner-to-RAB12 results are reported.
