Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB11FIP5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB11FIP5 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RAB11FIP5 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB11FIP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where RAB11FIP5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
