Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB11FIP3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB11FIP3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher RAB11FIP3 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB11FIP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and UCEC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where RAB11FIP3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
