Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB11FIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,692 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB11FIP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are TRAM-dependent toll-like receptor signaling pathway, TRAM-dependent toll-like receptor 4 signaling pathway, and Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with RAB11FIP2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB11FIP2-to-partner and partner-to-RAB11FIP2 results are reported.
