Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, R3HDM2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated R3HDM2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher R3HDM2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated R3HDM2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and HNSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, GBM, and HNSC are the cancer types where R3HDM2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
