Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, R3HDM1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated R3HDM1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher R3HDM1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated R3HDM1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
LIHC, STAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where R3HDM1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
