Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, R3HDM1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated R3HDM1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher R3HDM1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated R3HDM1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and UCEC show a favorable association.

LUAD, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where R3HDM1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
