R3HDM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, R3HDM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,923 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible R3HDM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CWC22, TRIM28, and TSN. Each is linked with R3HDM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both R3HDM1-to-partner and partner-to-R3HDM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, R3HDM1 versus CWC22 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (R3HDM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→R3HDM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
