Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, R3HDM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,856 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible R3HDM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR2D, TSN, and PSMD14. Each is linked with R3HDM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both R3HDM1-to-partner and partner-to-R3HDM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, R3HDM1 versus POLR2D in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (R3HDM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→R3HDM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
