Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, R3HDM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,114 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible R3HDM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1261, LEPROTL1, and MESD. Each is linked with R3HDM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both R3HDM1-to-partner and partner-to-R3HDM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1261 grouped by R3HDM1-low versus R3HDM1-high in ESCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (R3HDM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→R3HDM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
