Across TCGA patient cohorts, R3HDM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible R3HDM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, C-Raf, and PARP_cleaved. Each is linked with R3HDM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both R3HDM1-to-partner and partner-to-R3HDM1 results are reported.
