Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, R3HDM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible R3HDM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP4A11, KRTAP22-2, and MTNR1B. Each is linked with R3HDM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both R3HDM1-to-partner and partner-to-R3HDM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP4A11 grouped by R3HDM1-low versus R3HDM1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (R3HDM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→R3HDM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
