Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, R3HCC1L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated R3HCC1L data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher R3HCC1L mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated R3HCC1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LSCC show a favorable association.

GBM, HNSC, and LSCC are the cancer types where R3HCC1L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
