Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, R3HCC1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,631 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible R3HCC1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPL47, MCMBP, and WAPL. Each is linked with R3HCC1L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both R3HCC1L-to-partner and partner-to-R3HCC1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, R3HCC1L versus MRPL47 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (R3HCC1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→R3HCC1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
