Across TCGA cell cohorts, R3HCC1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,664 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible R3HCC1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of maintenance of sister chromatid cohesion, Positive regulation of maintenance of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, and Double-strand break repair. Each is linked with R3HCC1L in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both R3HCC1L-to-partner and partner-to-R3HCC1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of maintenance of sister chromatid cohesion grouped by R3HCC1L-low versus R3HCC1L-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
