QTRT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QTRT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,712 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QTRT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UMPS, RUVBL2, and SF3B3. Each is linked with QTRT2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QTRT2-to-partner and partner-to-QTRT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QTRT2 versus UMPS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QTRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→QTRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
