Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, QTRT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 555 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QTRT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL57P6, NF1P2, and MIR4777. Each is linked with QTRT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QTRT2-to-partner and partner-to-QTRT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL57P6 grouped by QTRT2-low versus QTRT2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QTRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→QTRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
