Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, QTRT1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated QTRT1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher QTRT1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated QTRT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and KICH are the cancer types where QTRT1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
