Across TCGA patient cohorts, QTRT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,653 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QTRT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAVER1, HNRNPM, and ILF2. Each is linked with QTRT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QTRT1-to-partner and partner-to-QTRT1 results are reported.
