QSOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QSOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,289 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QSOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL350P, XPOT, and NDUFA6. Each is linked with QSOX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QSOX2-to-partner and partner-to-QSOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL350P grouped by QSOX2-low versus QSOX2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QSOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→QSOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
