QSER1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QSER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,094 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QSER1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, SF3B3, and CELF1. Each is linked with QSER1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QSER1-to-partner and partner-to-QSER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QSER1 versus SNRPD3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QSER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→QSER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
