Across TCGA patient cohorts, QSER1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,152 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QSER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, GINS1, and MYBL2. Each is linked with QSER1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QSER1-to-partner and partner-to-QSER1 results are reported.
