Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, QSER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,296 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QSER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP4-16, ARL6IP1, and LRRC59. Each is linked with QSER1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QSER1-to-partner and partner-to-QSER1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP4-16 grouped by QSER1-low versus QSER1-high in GBM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QSER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→QSER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
