Across TCGA patient cohorts, QSER1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QSER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 14-3-3_beta, and ARID1A. Each is linked with QSER1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QSER1-to-partner and partner-to-QSER1 results are reported.
