Across TCGA cell cohorts, QSER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,167 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QSER1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, Positive regulation of cell cycle, and Microtubule organizing center organization. Each is linked with QSER1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QSER1-to-partner and partner-to-QSER1 results are reported.
