Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, QSER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 632 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QSER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QBP, ZNF77, and GML. Each is linked with QSER1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QSER1-to-partner and partner-to-QSER1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QBP grouped by QSER1-low versus QSER1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QSER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→QSER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
