QRSL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QRSL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,094 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QRSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHIP, ZUP1, and NUS1. Each is linked with QRSL1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QRSL1-to-partner and partner-to-QRSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QRSL1 versus PHIP in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QRSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→QRSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
