Across TCGA patient cohorts, QRSL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,247 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QRSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK15, CEP112, and RPF2. Each is linked with QRSL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QRSL1-to-partner and partner-to-QRSL1 results are reported.
