Across TCGA cell cohorts, QRSL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,499 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QRSL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glutaminyl-tRNAGln biosynthesis via transamidation, Mismatch repair involved in maintenance of fidelity involved in DNA-dependent DNA replication, and Nuclear transport. Each is linked with QRSL1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QRSL1-to-partner and partner-to-QRSL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Glutaminyl-tRNAGln biosynthesis via transamidation grouped by QRSL1-low versus QRSL1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
