Across TCGA cell cohorts, QRICH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,778 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QRICH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and U2-type prespliceosome assembly. Each is linked with QRICH2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QRICH2-to-partner and partner-to-QRICH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway grouped by QRICH2-low versus QRICH2-high in BREAST.
