QRICH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, QRICH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 526 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QRICH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX26, ZIC5, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with QRICH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QRICH2-to-partner and partner-to-QRICH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX26 grouped by QRICH2-low versus QRICH2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QRICH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→QRICH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
