Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, QRICH1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated QRICH1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher QRICH1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated QRICH1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where QRICH1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
