The most reproducible QRICH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDHA9, OR14J1, and EPS8L3. Each is linked with QRICH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QRICH1-to-partner and partner-to-QRICH1 results are reported.
