QRFPR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QRFPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,880 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QRFPR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLIN3, BLMH, and GFUS. Each is linked with QRFPR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QRFPR-to-partner and partner-to-QRFPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QRFPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→QRFPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
