The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher QRFP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated QRFP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ and LIHC are the cancer types where QRFP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
