QPRT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QPRT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,005 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QPRT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WFS1, ACSF2, and CSNK1A1_S313. Each is linked with QPRT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QPRT-to-partner and partner-to-QPRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QPRT versus WFS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QPRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→QPRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
