Across TCGA patient cohorts, QPRT mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QPRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells, Pericytes, and Adipocytes. Each is linked with QPRT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QPRT-to-partner and partner-to-QPRT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ T-cells grouped by QPRT-low versus QPRT-high in BLCA.
