QPCT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QPCT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,855 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QPCT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APEX1, ITGA1, and LPCAT2. Each is linked with QPCT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QPCT-to-partner and partner-to-QPCT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QPCT versus APEX1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QPCT→partner) and Y-score (partner→QPCT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
