Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, QPCT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,546 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QPCT-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, CXCR1, and FCAR. Each is linked with QPCT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QPCT-to-partner and partner-to-QPCT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QPCT versus FCGR3B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QPCT→partner) and Y-score (partner→QPCT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
