Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, QPCT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,146 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QPCT-associated genes across cancer lineages are HINT1P2, RN7SL237P, and HMGB3P8. Each is linked with QPCT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QPCT-to-partner and partner-to-QPCT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HINT1P2 grouped by QPCT-low versus QPCT-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QPCT→partner) and Y-score (partner→QPCT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
