Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, QDPR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated QDPR data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher QDPR Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated QDPR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and LUAD are the cancer types where QDPR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
