QARS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QARS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,284 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKT3, N4BP2L1, and POU6F1. Each is linked with QARS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QARS1-to-partner and partner-to-QARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QARS1 versus AKT3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→QARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
